Beautiful Places In Lake Sevan

Lake Sevan is located 60 kilometers northeast of Yerevan in Gegharkunik province.

The largest lake in the Caucasus and one of the largest freshwater mountain lakes in the world, the lake is located 1960 meters high.

About 36 rivers flow into the lake and the only river that originates from the Swan is Hrazdan River.

One of the promenades around this lake is Dilijan and Shahrestani Mineral Springs of the same name.

The famous trout is called Ashkan (prince), native to the lake.
