This comfortable apartment was designed for maximum 3 persons. The total area of the room  is 50 square meters.It was built in style of a cozy studio, which has a living room and kitchen, and a separate bedroom with double or two single beds and a bathroom. In this room, for third person an additional bed is sofa.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary kitchen items and techniques-stove, fridge, kettle and  tableware.

Early check-in is possible, if rooms are available, for an extra fee.

Arrival between 3:30 am and 7:30 am: extra fee of 50% of the room rate of the first night will be charged; after 7:30 am: no extra charge.

Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

• More than 20 days prior to arrival = no penalty

• Less than 20 days prior to arrival or no show =100% charge from total amount

• Check-out before booked date is payable 100%, according to reservation

• Cancellation: FREE cancellation before 1 day before the date of arrival. If canceled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

• Prepayment: No deposit will be charged.

• Taxes and service charges: 20 % VAT is included.
